Currently, there are 6,445 open positions in the 10-county region, with Warren County accounting for 3,470 of these opportunities. Outside of the region, there are over 55K open positions within 60 miles of South Central Kentucky. Demand Projections are updated monthly and 2023 Q4 shows a 4K job increase in our 5-year demand and a 9K increase in our ten-year demand for talent compared to last quarter. Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Drivers has taken the top spot with the most job posting at 407, with Registered Nurses sitting at 324 postings.
