SCK Career Shadowing Success: Local Students Gain Real-World Insights

Thanks to the support of TriStar Greenview, WKU Talley Family Counseling Center, Stupp Bridge, Stewart Richey Construction, Logan Aluminum, Bowling Green Police Department, and CoreTech, 150 students and 7 educators from local high schools attended SCK LAUNCH Career Shadowing Events in April 2024. Students toured the companies and experienced a day in the life of people in various positions. Students saw many types of careers and processes involved in the day to day of each company. Students and educators walked away with a better understanding of each company and the many career pathways available.
