The Leadership Bowling Green Class of 2025 began their journey with an impactful first retreat. The primary objective of the retreat was to foster team bonding through trust-building activities that required cooperation and reliance on one another for success. Every class member stepped outside their comfort zone, embracing challenges with the support of their peers. These experiences allowed participants to apply valuable lessons to both their personal and professional lives, setting a positive tone for the rest of the year.

We also extend our gratitude to the dedicated Leadership Bowling Green Alumni Day Chairs who made this retreat possible:

  • Kelly Arnold, Gemini Homes Inc., Class of 2012
  • Mark Edlebeck, Fisher Contracting, Class of 2023
  • Cory Gearlds, RENEW by OR, Class of 2024
  • Lydia Gilliam, Houchens Insurance Group, Class of 2024
  • Danielle Brown, Franklin Bank & Trust, Class of 2022
  • Travis Keller, Rent270, Class of 2009

A big thank you to the 2024 Chair Justin Gearlds (RENEW by Optimum Rejuvenation) and Co-Chair Kelsey Crowe (SKY Property Management) for their guidance and encouragement throughout the retreat.
