Brews & Views: Highlights from BGYP's Coffee & Convos!

The BGYP October Coffee & Convos at Providence Coffee House was a perfect blend of networking, inspiration, and fresh ideas! With coffee and pastries fueling the morning, young professionals from all around Bowling Green connected, shared upcoming events, and exchanged tips on current projects. The highlight? A chat with M&L Electrical’s dynamic leadership duo, Chris and Josh Mosley. Chris, President & CEO, and Josh, Vice President, shared their journey, business values, and experiences as leaders. They dove into M&L’s community involvement, shared strategies for building credibility, and offered insights on balancing legacy with personal vision. For Josh, leading as a young professional has been all about finding his own path while embracing family roots—a message that resonated with everyone in the room.

With Joye Beth Spinks leading the way, BGYP’s Chair, attendees left the event not only feeling connected but also motivated to shape their careers and give back to the community.
