Bowling Green Young Professionals kicked off 2025 in style with the highly anticipated New Member Party on Friday, January 24th, at The Mint Gaming Hall of Bowling Green. The event brought together new and returning members, setting the tone for an exciting year of networking, fun, and professional growth.
The event began with a warm welcome as attendees mingled with the BGYP Class of 2025 and connected with committee members who play a vital role in keeping the organization thriving. A highlight of the event was the formal passing of the gavel from outgoing Chair Joye Beth Spinks of ELPO Law to incoming Chair Brittany Bennett of TriStar Greenview Hospital. This symbolic moment marked the start of a new chapter for BGYP and underscored the importance of strong leadership in guiding the group forward.
Another special highlight was the introduction of Andy Barker, the new 2025 BG Chamber Board Chair, who shared his enthusiasm for the year ahead and encouraged collaboration and engagement.
Guests enjoyed a lively mix of activities, including Top Golf and shuffleboard, which added a fun and competitive edge to the gathering. The excitement didn’t stop there—attendees lined up to spin the wheel for a chance at free game play, creating buzz and plenty of smiles throughout the afternoon.
The New Member Party proved to be the perfect way to launch 2025, bringing together professionals from all corners of Bowling Green to celebrate new beginnings and endless possibilities. With laughter, games, and meaningful conversations, BGYP set the stage for another impactful year.
Here’s to a bright and successful 2025 for Bowling Green Young Professionals!
