The Warren County Public Library system is a vibrant network, staffed with dedicated professionals who serve the access and information needs of Bowling Green and Warren County. The library team supports individuals and families in all walks of life and businesses and organizations of all sizes, providing reliable information, valuable resources, and top-notch quality of life programming.

Year round, library staff members promote literacy efforts and encourage the joy of reading. Through engaging, educational, and entertaining programs, they encourage a more literate, informed, and engaged community. Beyond books, WCPL provides meeting and study rooms, free notary, faxing, and printing services, and easily accessible passport services.

Visitors can find materials and assistance at the Lisa Rice Library, Bob Kirby Branch, Smiths Grove Branch, Buchanon Park Branch, and the Capitol, as well as at satellites at HOTEL INC, the International Center, and Lifeworks. With this year’s addition of SOKY Center (formerly SoKY Marketplace), the library has expanded its service and partnerships. With a focus on health and wellness, the brick building beside the pavilion at 636 Center Street has quickly become a hot spot for instructors who encourage folks to gather, move, and grow.
