BOWLING GREEN, KY., June 10, 2026 — The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has announced the selection of Jim Page as the organization’s next President and Chief Executive Officer.

Page will officially begin serving in the role on July 20, 2026, and will lead the Chamber’s continued efforts to strengthen economic and community development, support business growth, enhance member value, and advance the long-term prosperity of Bowling Green, Warren County, and the broader South Central Kentucky region.

The selection follows a comprehensive search process led by the Chamber’s search committee and executive search firm Waverly Partners, followed by a recommendation of the Chamber’s Executive Committee and approval of the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Throughout the process, the committee focused on identifying a leader with the experience, vision, relationship-building ability, and commitment necessary to guide the Chamber into its next chapter.

“Jim brings proven President and CEO experience, strong chamber credentials, and a clear understanding of how partnerships drive community progress,” said Roddy Grimes, Chair of the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. “His background in regional chamber leadership, workforce development, strategic planning, revenue growth, and public-private partnerships will serve our Chamber and community well as we continue building for the future.”

Page brings 25 years of professional experience, including 11 years serving as President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He currently leads the Launch Regional Partnership, business-led nonprofit organization advancing economic prosperity through multi-sector collaboration across a 13-county region in North Alabama. Page has earned the Certified Chamber Executive designation and is a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence within the chamber industry.

During his previous chamber leadership, Page significantly enhanced corporate engagement by expanding membership by 40%, more than doubling the organization’s annual operating revenue, and generating more than $10 million in private investment to support organizational objectives. He also led strategic planning processes, capital campaigns, and initiatives focused on long-term community and regional growth.

“Jim understands the importance of regional collaboration, infrastructure, workforce, and economic development partnerships,” said Doug Gorman, Warren County Judge Executive. “His experience working across multiple counties and building alignment among public and private partners will be valuable as Warren County continues to grow.”

Page’s experience also includes launching The EDGE, a business incubator and accelerator developed in collaboration with the University of Alabama and the City of Tuscaloosa, as well as helping create West Alabama Works, a nine-county workforce development initiative recognized for its industry-led, education-aligned model. Under his leadership, his previous chamber earned national recognition as Chamber of the Year from the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives in 2021, and Page was named Alabama Chamber Professional of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama in 2018.

“The City of Bowling Green looks forward to working with Jim as a partner in business growth, workforce development, and community advancement,” said Jeff Meisel, Bowling Green City Manager. “His experience in bringing partners together around shared priorities aligns well with the collaborative approach that has helped our community succeed.”

As President and CEO, Page will work closely with the Chamber Board of Directors, staff, business leaders, public officials, educational partners, and regional stakeholders to continue advancing the Chamber’s mission. Key priorities will include strengthening member engagement, supporting business attraction and expansion, enhancing workforce and education partnerships, promoting advocacy, and ensuring the Chamber remains a trusted voice for the business community.

“I am honored to be selected as the next President and CEO of the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce,” said Page. “Bowling Green and Warren County have built tremendous momentum, and it’s a testament to dedicated public officials, business leaders, and community partners having a shared vision for economic prosperity. I look forward to working alongside these leaders and a talented team of chamber professionals to further strengthen the South Central Kentucky region.”
